NEW CHAMPION, DIANA SCORN OF THE MOON
It’s that time again! Another League of Legends champion is released. This time it’s Diana, Scorn of the moon. Diana is a new AP jungler assassin that has just entered the league. She has an array of abilities such as, crescent strike (skill shot), moonfall (crowd control vortex) and lunar rush (ultimate: gap closer).
Diana was built for the jungle but based on her abilities and potential uses who knows what will come of her. Junglers also happen to make great top laners. Only time will tell, where the moon shall shine on this champion. For a through description of this champion head over to her League of Legends wikia. To catch some Diana game play check out our livestream on our channel here. We will be streaming Mondays and Fridays from 7:00PM - 11:00PM, or when ever I die.

50 Hours With Dota 2
Dota 2 the sequel every MOBA (MultiplayerOnline Battle Arena) player has been waiting for is here and in full closed beta swing. I am fortunate enough to be able to give you guys a little taste.
After receiving my beta access last Friday I’ve accumulated fifty hours of playtime. I can not take myself away from the computer. This is exactly what I wanted it to be.
Not one drop of the game-play formula has been changed from WC3 to Valves Source Engine. Can’t really say that’s a bad thing though, seeing as multiple spin-offs of the popular game including Heroes of Newerth and League of Legends have been widely popular. It is a complete graphic overhaul to one of the most revolutionary games in the competitive E-sports world. The source engine in conjunction with some of the coolest voice acting in the genre brings the Dota characters you know and love to life. The only way I could describe how the game looks and feels is by saying it is mix between Starcraft 2 and Team Fortress 2.
The game is polished for a beta but still has the occasional bugs. Sound issues are frequent at the beginning of games and when selecting your hero. Also using abilities and last hitting seems to have a minor delay. It doesn’t necessarily ruin the fun but I hope it gets fixed soon because this game is a worthy successor to the most popular Warcraft 3 mod of all time.
I will have a full first impression article up later, but for now I need to get back to stomping noobs.
